As an orthodontist, the FACE4D philosophy embodies a holistic approach to oral health that goes beyond straightening teeth. It emphasizes the importance of airway health and oral motor function. It helps us create a dental and skeletal framework for proper lip seal, and promotes proper occlusion, periodontal stability, and joint stability. Integrating skeletal expansion for kids and adults (including MARPEs) allows us to optimize the transverse dimension, allowing us to center the teeth in the bone. This creates tongue space, widens the nasal floor, improves the airway space, and creates broad and beautiful smiles. By integrating these elements, we as clinicians can enhance both the function and the aesthetics for our patients, contributing to their overall wellness and longevity. FACE4D’s interdisciplinary approach aligns with my commitment to achieving not only beautiful smiles, but also long-lasting healthy outcomes for my patients.

Dr. Christian Leonhardt is an alumnus of Würzburg University College of Dentistry, where he laid the foundation for his distinguished career. Post-graduation, he pursued diverse curricula and master's programs across Germany, Europe and the U.S., including a notable Master of Science in Orthodontics from Danube University. Widely recognized as a specialist in Prosthodontics, Dr. Leonhardt places great emphasis on continuous education, regularly attending lectures and conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry. Operating a comprehensive practice in Augsburg, Dr. Leonhardt offers a full spectrum of dental services, reflecting his commitment to providing comprehensive care to his patients. Additionally, his practice serves as a teaching practice- affiliated with DTMD University in Luxembourg, highlighting his dedication to academic collaboration. Dr. Leonhardt's involvement as both a graduate and mentor at the Kois Center is a testament to his passion for sharing knowledge and promoting evidence-based teaching methodologies within the dental community. His understated yet profound impact on the field is evident in his dedication to advancing professional standards and fostering ongoing learning among his peers.

Dr. Javier Vasquez is a dedicated figure in the field of dentistry, renowned for his expertise in high-end esthetic cases and comprehensive dental treatments. He embarked on his journey by earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Metropolitan University in 1997. His quest for excellence led him to pursue further education, including a Fellowship in Fukuoka, Japan, and a Mastership from the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO) in the USA.
As the founder of Miami Natural Smiles by Oral Design Dental Clinic, Dr. Vasquez leads an exceptional clinical team dedicated to implementing cutting-edge technology, scientific advancements, and dental artistry to deliver superior patient care. His commitment to education extends to his roles as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty at the Dental College of Augusta University, where he imparts knowledge in the Prosthodontist Program, as well as at the Biofunctional Dynamics Academy in Barranquilla, Colombia, and Miami, USA.
A pioneer in CAD/CAM technology for over 17 years, Dr. Vasquez has been instrumental in driving the evolution and integration of 3D data into interdisciplinary treatments. He is a proud member of Oral Design, an esteemed organization founded by Master Ceramist Willi Geller, and owns Oral Design Miami, a dental laboratory studio renowned for its focus on high-end esthetics and functional excellence.
Dr. Vasquez's multifaceted roles as a dentist, master ceramist, passionate education leader, clinical consultant, and international speaker underscore his dedication to advancing the fields of occlusion, craniocervical dysfunction, and high-end esthetics. His motto, "The limit is the sky! to dream, to learn, and to do! Live life!" encapsulates his unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries and inspiring others in the pursuit of excellence.

Dr. Khanna has over 17 years of clinical & multi-practice ownership experience, focused in complex patient care such as dental implants, gum grafting, sedation, and dental sleep medicine. He lost his first clinic to the 100 year flood that hit Calgary in 2013, rose to face challenges that many Dentists wouldn’t experience in their entire lifetime of practice. Rebuilt, grew the practice, acquired a second and saw the challenges that scale brings in Dentistry. This drove him to focus on a life grounded in his personal values of “Inspire, Influence & Educate” and ADEPT Dental education was formed with the goal to bring business and clinical education focused on ACCELERATED implementation for success to Dentists everywhere!
